Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
-
Drain salmon, bone and skin.
Mix thoroughly the next 5 ingredients.
Chill for several hours.
Shape into a log; garnish with parsley.
Serve with party crackers.
