Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, half the chopped peanuts and margarine until crumbly.
Stir in the beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well.
Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, 2 remaining eggs, sugar and peanut butter. Add remaining teaspoon of vanilla and mix until smooth.
Pour over prepared crust and sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until set.
Cool and cut into bars.
