Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drain and save juice
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salmon juice
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix salmon and egg with fork.
Add 1/2 cup sifted flour.
Add pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
In 1/4 cup salmon juice, add baking powder and beat with fork until foams.
Pour into salmon mixture. Form into patties and fry in hot oil until browned and onion is tender.
