Betty'S Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat.
Drain fat and set aside.
Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.
Stir in meat, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
Turn into pastry shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 6.
