Freda'S Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes and melted butter).
    Place in 3-quart 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Now, cover with 2 cups buttered cornflakes (4 to 5 tablespoons butter to 4 to 5 cups of cornflakes will make 2 cups crushed buttered cornflakes). Bake at 350\u00b0 (uncovered) for 30 minutes.
