Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Rinse berries.
Mix together dry ingredients in a saucepan; add liquids and stir until smooth.
Add blueberries, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes or until clear and slightly thickened, stirring carefully to avoid crushing the berries. Serve warm or cold.
