Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, diced
    2 medium onions, diced
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 packet Butter Buds
    1/2 c. cooking sherry or white wine
    32 oz. Lite Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onions with water to 1/2 inch above potatoes. Cook approximately 45 minutes. Add salts, Butter Buds, sherry and pepper. Stir well. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
