Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
dash of salt
dash of pepper
buttered crumbs (1/2 c.)
1 egg
Preparation

Boil macaroni in salted water until tender (10 to 15 minutes).
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Place macaroni in buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat milk, add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir beaten egg into macaroni.
Add salt and pepper to cheese mixture and mix into macaroni.
Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
