Beet Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. juice from cooked beets
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 pkg. pectin
6 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring beet juice and lemon juice to a boil.
Add pectin and bring to a full boil.
Add sugar and boil until it jells (5 to 7 minutes).
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Do not double recipe.
