Lady Baltimore Cake(Lamb) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 beaten egg whites
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Stir shortening to soften. Mix in dry ingredients.
Add milk and vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes. Fold in beaten egg whites and beat for 1 minute.
