Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Using a blender, combine the milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, butter and vanilla. Cover and blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased deep dish glass pie dish. Let set for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle coconut evenly over the pie. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
