Rise-And-Shine Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. club soda
    2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine sugar, sour cream and club soda in a medium bowl, stirring well.
    Add biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 10 to 12 times.
    Shape dough with hands into 6 biscuits about 1-inch thick.
    Place 1 biscuit in the center of a lightly greased 8-inch round cake pan.
    Arrange remaining biscuits in a circle around the center one.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    (May make thinner biscuits and bake for a shorter time, if preferred.)
