Caramel Apple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. caramel flavor
2 Tbsp. sour cream
apples, cored and sliced

Preparation

Blend first four ingredients using electric mixer.
Mix in sour cream by hand.
Use as a dip for apple slices.
