Alma'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans squash, drained, mashed and seasoned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick margarine
2 medium carrots, grated
1 small jar pimento, cut in strips
1/2 pkg. herb poultry stuffings
1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix in stuffing.
Line a long casserole dish with stuffing, saving a little for topping.
In a mixing bowl mix rest of ingredients.
Pour into casserole over stuffing. Sprinkle rest of stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes. Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
