Sherry Wine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. dry sherry wine (not cooking wine)
    1 tsp. nutmeg or mace
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large mixer bowl.
    Beat until smooth, about 3 minutes.
    Pour batter into tube pan that is well-greased and floured.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if so desired.
