Ingredients

3 c. cooked diced beets
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, butter, water and vinegar. Cook over hot water until smooth and thick; season to taste. Add beets. Heat thoroughly.
