Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Cut Crisco in flour.
    Add milk.
    Work to make soft dough. Knead dough gently on floured surface.
    Roll to 1/2-inch thickness cut and place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 475\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Brush with cooking oil while hot.
