Ginger Chicken With Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast halves, cut in 1-inch pieces (bones and skin removed)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. shredded fresh ginger
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green onion stalks, sliced
    1 or 2 c. fresh pea pods
    1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth
    1 heaping tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breast halves, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce for several hours in refrigerator.
