Ritzy Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
    23 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until nearly stiff.
    Slowly add sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Continue beating until stiff.
    Fold in Ritz cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Pour in greased and floured 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip with Nestle Quik (about 3 or 4 tablespoons) mixed in Cool Whip. May also use ice cream, if desired.
