Almond Poppy Seed Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 2 loaf pans. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat
    at medium speed until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes), scraping bowl often. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes.
    Glaze if desired.
