Cherry Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    dash of cinnamon
    2/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put everything in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix with fork. Mix well.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
