Scalloped Corn And Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 can oyster stew (small)
    1 lb. can cream-style corn
    1 c. medium cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. medium cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with the remaining cracker crumbs which have been mixed with the butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
