Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed (boneless)
1 large pkg. Doritos
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Doritos.
Place chicken on top of Doritos.
Mix soups, broth, Ro-Tel and onion together. Alternate soup mixture, cheese and Doritos.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
