Sweet Potato Souffle For Sunday Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 lb. cooked sweet potatoes or 6 large cans, drained and mashed
3 sticks margarine
3 c. sugar, mixed with 12 Tbsp. self-rising flour
12 tsp. baking powder
12 well beaten eggs
3 c. milk
6 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix together; pour into buttered pan.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Just before souffle is done, cover top with miniature marshmallows.
If you like raisins, you can add raisins to mixture before cooking.
