Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    25 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix sugar and baking soda into egg whites.
    Add finely crushed Ritz crackers and chopped pecans. Mix well and add vanilla.
    Pour into buttered pie pan.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes (light golden brown).
    Let cool and top with whipped cream.
    Store in fridge.
