Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
vegetable oil cooking spray
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 c. chopped broccoli
6 egg whites, beaten
3 large sheets phyllo dough
Preparation

Mix the flour with the milk until it dissolves.
Saute the onions in a frying pan; add the milk mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Blend in the cheese.
When the cheese melts, add the broccoli.
Coat a casserole dish with vegetable spray and pour the mixture into it; add the egg whites and mix gently.
Cut the phyllo dough in half.
Top the casserole mixture with layers of phyllo dough sprayed with the vegetable spray.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves eight.
