Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. ground pork or sausage (mild, hot, medium, to your liking)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. carrots, ground or grated
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well. Form into loaves; pour tomato over each loaf. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Feeds 8 cowboys or 10 city slickers.
