Tater Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter together until it looks like cornmeal. Beat egg, buttermilk and mashed potatoes together; add to flour and butter mixture.
    Pour into a greased muffin pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen.
