Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained (optional)
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
