Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix together flour, shortening and salt.
    Whip egg, water and vinegar together; add to flour mixture.
    Makes 2 crust 9 to 10-inch pie.
    This is foolproof!!
