Jellied Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. ground carrots
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 small lemon jello
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Drain the liquid from the pineapple and add water to make 1 cup.
Heat and add jello and lemon juice. Cool, then add whipped cream, carrots and pineapple.
Put the sugar and salt in the whipping cream. Pour into mold and cool until set.
Unmold by dipping in warm water for a few seconds.
Turn out onto plate and serve with any garnish you wish.
