Linguini With Chicken Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. fresh basil
1 lb. cooked linguini
Preparation

Chop tomatoes; cover with hot water and soak until needed.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Cook onion in olive oil until lightly browned, then toss in chicken and garlic.
Cook about 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet; add flour and broth.
Heat until bubbly.
Drain tomatoes and add them to sauce.
Add remaining ingredients.
Return chicken to pan.
Serve over linguini.
