Weekend Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. coffee creamer
    1/2 lb. pecans
    1/2 lb. walnuts
    1/2 lb. Brazil nuts
    1/2 c. candied pineapple
    1/2 c. candied cherries
Preparation
    Boil sugar, syrup and creamer in a saucepan to soft ball stage.
    Cool to lukewarm, about 30 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir until begins to thicken.
    Add fruit and nuts.
    Press into buttered pan.
    Work quickly.
    When cool, cut in squares.
