Crabbies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    1 stick butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
    dash of garlic salt
    1 pkg. (6) English muffins
    8 oz. crabmeat (fresh; backfin or clean white special)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients. Cut muffins in half and spread crabmeat mixture over 12 muffin halves. Freeze for 10 minutes. Cut each into 8 canapes. Refreeze until ready to serve (maximum 1 month). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
