Crawfish Jambalaya In Rice Cooker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crawfish tails
    2 c. raw rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
    salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray
    rice cooker with Pam.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix well. Cook
    until
    rice is done.
    Fluff with fork.
    Jambalaya can be cooked in Dutch oven, on stove as you would cook rice.
