Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    salt and pepper
    2 lb. tenderized round steak
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 large onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut
    steak
    into
    serving portions.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Roll
    in flour.
    Sprinkle paprika on each side.
    Brown in margarine.\tWhen
    all
    the steak is browned on both sides, remove from skillet.
    Wash skillet.
    Brown onion in 1/2 stick of margarine.\tAdd steak to skillet after sprinkling each side with a
    small amount of soy sauce.
    Cover.
    Cook on low for 1 hour.
