Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound can of diced beets drain and reserve juice
    2 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt added to beet juice
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In sauce pan heat all of the above except the beets till thickened and then add beets and butter making sure all is heated through.
    Very good and adds color to you meal.
