Quick And Easy Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. sausage
potatoes, cut up
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. celery, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine potatoes, mushrooms, celery and soup and 1/2 cup cheese.
Spoon into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Arrange sausage on top of potato mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
