Black-Eyed Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges, undrained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook the ground beef, onion, garlic and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
