Charlie'S Venison Steak Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1 onion, finely minced
    1/2 c. celery, finely minced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Mix stuffing well and place on steak. Roll and tie securely. Set rolled steak in roast pan and place the bacon strips around the roll. Roast at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour, covered. Add 1/2 cup bouillon to the pan and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Use drippings for gravy sauce.
