Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. butter
8 Tbsp. flour
7 c. milk
8 to 10 c. potatoes, sliced
salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and seasonings.
Add milk slowly! Cook until sauce thickens.
Add sliced potatoes and pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan; dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
