Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries, washed and drained
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. blackberry jello
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water in saucepan.
Mix cornstarch with a little of the water; stir until a smooth paste. Add to pan.
Stir until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice, butter and jello.
Stir; let cool.
Pour over remaining 3 cups of berries in baked pie shell.
Chill several hours and garnish with whipped topping.
