Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry for Single Crust Pie
    2 pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    3 Tbsp. Raspberry Jam
    Whipped Topping
Preparation
    Line pie shell with double thickness of tin foil.
    Bake at 450 for 5 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce heat to 350.
    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    Add eggs beating on low, until just combined.
    Pour into crust.
    Stir jam.
    Drizzle over filling.
    Cut through with knife to swirl.
    Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool on wire rack 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
    Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before slicing.
    Pipe cool whip around pie if desired.
