Twenty-Four Hour Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Combine cabbage, onion, green pepper, olives and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; boil for 3 minutes.
Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture.
Cover and chill for 24 hours. Yield:
12 to 16 servings.
