Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    small bottle ketchup
    1 bottle chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast and water overnight in crock-pot on high until falling apart.
    Let cool and remove all fat.
    Shred beef and return to crock-pot using 2 cups of liquid the beef was cooked in.
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
    Add ground beef and remaining ingredients to shredded beef mixing thoroughly.
    Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve on buns.
    Makes 24 sandwiches.
