Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, sliced
    2 c. peeled, cubed eggplant
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 c. red onion, sliced
    2 c. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. French dressing
Preparation
    Combine everything except tomatoes in frying pan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. This can be served hot or cold. Serves 6.
