Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients
    together.
    Add
    shortening. Dissolve yeast
    in\twarm
    water and add with buttermilk to dry ingredients; mix
    well.
    Turn
    out on floured board;
    add more flour if
    necessary and roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut; then dip in melted butter and fold to make pocketbook rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
