Ingredients

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand sugar-free lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold lemon-lime drink
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add drink, lemon juice and peel.
Pour into an 8 to 9-inch square pan; cover.
Freeze about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer; let stand about 10 minutes.
Beat at medium speed.
Scoop into individual dishes.
