Creamy Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat cranberry sauce. Strain out juice. Mix juice, water and gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and chill until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise and beat with rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in cranberries, apple and pecans. Chill until firm.
