Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine for butter, softened
1/2 c. oil (do not substitute applesauce it will not work)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (Add 1 tsp vinegar to measuring cup, add to milk to make sour milk)
2 1/4 c. flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 c. finely chopped or grated zucchini
Preparation

Cream the butter, oil and sugar.
Add the eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Stir into butter mixture.
Add the Zucchini and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Top with 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/4 c. sugar.
Bake 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
